Mass Spectrometry Core Facility

 

69Ìþ«Æ· Mass Spectrometry Core Facility, located in the Mitchell Cancer Institute, provides mass spectrometry services to investigators at the 69Ìþ«Æ· and to those from outside institutions or companies. Services include protein profiling, targeted proteomics, untargeted proteomics, lipidomics, small molecule identification and quantitation. The facility is equipped with two high resolution mass spectrometers: a Thermo LTQ Orbitrap XL and Thermo Q-Exactive Plus. Also available is a Thermo MSQ Plus mass spectrometer and an Agilent 1200 HPLC (equipped with UV detection).  This facility is supported by the 69Ìþ«Æ· College of Medicine, and operates on a fee-for-service basis.
